Ingredients for Mango Sheera Recipe :
- Mango Pulp 1 cup
- Ghee 3 tablespoons
- Semolina (rawa/suji) 1/2 cup
- Milk 2 cups
- Sugar 3/4 cup
- Almonds chopped 8-10
- Cashewnuts chopped 8-10
- Saffron
Method :
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan, add semolina and saute on medium heat, stirring continuously, till golden brown.
- Add one cup water, mix and cook for five minutes.
- Add milk, mango pulp and sugar, mix well and cook for ten minutes.
- Add the chopped nuts and mix well.
- Sprinkle Saffron.
- Serve hot.
