First prepare Masala: Take besan and roast it firmly and add Peanut powder, white till, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, EVEREST coriander powder, garam masala, salt, sugar and oil (1 tbsp) and mix them well.
Now our masala is ready to add.
After that add take small brinjals and cut all from bottom (only half vertical cut) so that we can add masala in it and then add masala in brinjals and press it little bit.
Now take potato and cut it in medium pieces and mix it with left over masala. Here our whole sabji is ready to fry.
Take cooker (container), add oil 2tbsp, mustard seed half tbsp, hing and green chilli with ginger & Garlic Paste and let it heat at low flame and saute for 5 seconds.
Finally add brinjals filled with masala and potato mixed in masala and mix it little bit (not too much otherwise masala will come out from brinjals) and add 1 – 1.5 cup water and mix it little bit.
now on medium flame close cooker lid and look forward to three whistles. After 3 whistles, Your Bharwa Baingan is now ready to eat.
We can add fresh chopped coriander leaves for garnishing.
