
Brownies with cream cheese

Ingredients
Chocolate mass:
- 40 G Dark Chocolate
- 40 G Dakatine Peanut butter
- 60 G sugar
- 40 G Adisha wheat flour
- 1 Eggs
Cream cheese cream:
- 60 G cream cheese
- 10 G butter (soft)
- ½ Egg
- 4 G sugar
- ½ teaspoon TRS vanilla essence

Preparation
Take a bowl, chop the dark chocolate in large pieces and let it melt with peanut butter bath. Stir again and again. Then let the liquid mixture cool slightly.
Preheat your oven at 160 0 degrees.
Now in one of the bowls mix the cream cheese with the sugar, vanilla essence, softened butter and eggs in an electric mixer until you get a homogeneous cream.
In the other bowl, mix the eggs with the brown sugar in an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes until frothy. Now slowly add the mixture of hot chocolate butter and flour and mix everything until you get a smooth dough.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and first pour about 2/3 of the dark dough over it and spread with a large spoon. Now pour the mixture of cheesecake over it.
Finally, place the rest of the dough on top and use the spoon to evenly traverse the dough to turn it into marble.
Bake the pan in the preheated oven in the middle grill for about 30-35 minutes until the surface of the cake is lightly browned.
Extra:
If you want raspberry fruit brownies, then take about 100g of frozen Raspberries and stir in the creamy cheese cream. Then bake the cream cheese brownies as described in the recipe.
