Place a thick bottomed kadai on the stove and add ghee
Heat and melt the ghee on a low flame
To the same pan, on low flame add the desiccated coconut powder
Mix the two and saute them for a minute
Next add the condensed milk, and mix nicely and thoroughly
Keep sauteing the mixture till it starts to leave the sides of the pan
Once it starts leaving the sides switch off the flame and add in the cardamom powder
Let the mixture cool down a bit meanwhile, spread out desiccated coconut on a plate
Once cooled enough, scoop the mixture with a spoon to make ladoos of any size you want
Coat these ladoos with the desiccated coconut and chill them in the refrigerator
