it rains in India, it is an unsaid tradition to have warm tea with little
crispy delights. These crispy, fried and delicious delicacies are popularly
known as pakoras. The filling of the pakora can be made using various different
vegetables and ingredients like potato, onion, green chillies, paneer, etc.
This is a quick and easy recipe to make mouth watering paneer pakoras at home

Chop and slice your paneer into small cubical pieces
In a mixing bowl add gram flour along with the spices mentioned, garam masala, turmeric, red chilli powder, asafoetida, carom seeds and salt
Mix the dry ingredients well
Gradually pour water in the mixing bowl and constantly mix the ingredients
Whisk until you get a smooth, thick mixture. Make sure there are no lumps in it.
In a kadai heat the mustard oil for frying
While the oil is getting, dip the paneer cubes in the batter and set them aside
Once the oil is at a medium heat carefully place the coated paneer cubes in the oil
Allow them to fry till the cubes turn golden brown
Gently remove the paneer cubes from the oil using a spatula, while removing the extra oil
Place them on a paper towel and gently pat to remove excess oil
Garnish with chaat masala and serve hot
