Haldiram's Batata Vada 300g

It is a popular Mumbai street food snack. In Marathi language 'potatoes' are called as 'batata' and 'vada' means a 'fried snack'. Batata vada is a popular vegetarian fast food dish from the Indian state of Maharashtra. The dish consists of a mashed potato patty coated with chick pea flour, which is then deep-fried and served hot with chutney. The vada is typically around two or three inch in diameter.

- INGREDIENTS: Potatoes (65%), Refined Sunflower Oil, Chickpea Flour (10%), Fresh Ginger, Fresh Garlic, Green Chilli, Fresh Lemon Juice, Salt, Mustard, Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Ajwain Seeds, Sodium Bicarbonate (E500ii) and Asafoetida.
