Mother's Recipe Butter Chicken Sauce 400gm

Ingredients: Water, Onion, Tomato paste, Cashews, Cane sugar, Sunflower oil, Thickener: Modified starch E1442, Salt, Garlic, Ginger, Spices (Cumin, Coriander, Red chili powder, Turmeric, Cardamom, Black pepper, Cassia, Cloves, Bay leaf), Color: Paprika oleoresin E160c, Fenugreek, Natural smoke flavor.

Cooking method:

    * In a frying pan fry 450 g of boneless chicken pieces cut into cubes, one tablespoon of vegetable oil or butter, fry until light brown (approx. 3-4 min)

                     * Empty the entire contents of the Mother's recipe Butter chicken sauce and cook, covered, over medium heat for 7-8 minutes or until the chicken pieces are cooked through, stirring occasionally.

                     * Add 1 tablespoon of butter and 2-3 tablespoons of fresh cream, mix well, stop cooking and let it warm up for a while.

                     * Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
