Today we will learn a super quick, easy, healthy and very refreshing breakfast dish recipe, made using mangoes. This oats mango dish is the perfect summer meal to have.

Ingredients

1 cup chopped mango or mango pulp/puree

100 gram oats

4 tablespoon grated coconut

½ cup almonds
100 ml milk

4 teaspoon honey
1 cup boiling water
Directions
Choose firm yet sweet and juicy mangoes and chop them up
Add the almonds in the boiled water and leave for 5-7 minutes. Once soaked peel off the skin of the almonds and slice them
In a mason jar or a bowl lay the oats as the first layer
Over the oats pour milk, honey and grated coconut
Next top it off with chopped mangoes and sliced almonds
Keep in the refrigerator overnight to chill
Serve cold topped with freshly cut slices of mango and shredded coconut
